Elevate any cheese-based dish – risotto, pasta or similar – with a Parmesan biscuit that can literally be rustled up in two minutes.
– Finely grate Parmesan cheese.
– Add a sheet of baking paper to the glass plate of your microwave.
– Thinly spread the Parmesan over the baking paper.
– Cook on full power for around 80 seconds until the cheese has melted and caramelised.
– Allow to cool then break into pieces and add as a theatrical garnish to your plates.
You can also added chopped rosemary, picked thyme or paprika for added flavour.
