I am a Henley-based professional chef with experience spanning 25 years across the hospitality industry working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the UK and the Channel Islands for some of the industry’s greatest (and sometimes fiercest) chefs including Gordon Ramsey and Marco Pierre White to name just two.
I have experiences from running the pass in a two Michelin star restaurant to more recently heading up the kitchen locally at The Golden Ball through 2019.
During my career I have also worked in contract catering at the highest level to running a 12 bedroom gastro pub single handedly!

I can create bespoke menus to your exacting requirements and budget – whether multiple course fine dining or expansive finger buffets and barbecues – with my team on-site to ensure the highest levels of service throughout.
