Join me for another edition of my live cook - a - long.
This week we will be making roast hake topped with a dijon mustard, onion & herb crust, crushed new potatoes, pea, mint & parmesan salad, lemon butter sauce
Don't forget my competition will be running for a second week - there will be a special momento of our cooking together and at the end take a selfie with it in shot and a picture of your dish and the best presentation wins 2 tickets to the following weeks cook-a-long.

I will also include a sheet explaining the equipment to get ready to hand as well as some useful tips.
