Join me for another edition of my live cook - a - long.
This week we will be making Leek risotto, Jerusalem artichokes, smoked cheddar and poached hen's egg - you can also opt for Crisp Confit Chicken (£3.00 supplement)
Purchase your ticket here to receive your ingredient boxes delivered to your door on Saturday in plenty of time for you to get set up and join me live on Facebook to start russeling pots and pans from 6.30pm.
I will also include a sheet explaining the equipment to get ready to hand as well as some useful tips.
If you want to source your own ingredeints thats fine too and I'm happy for you to join in.

Confit Chicken (optional)
Ingredients I would expect to have in a domestic kitchen;
vegetable oil or similar
olive oil (good glug)
white wine vinegar
1 x frying pan
2 x sauce pans
spoon with wholes (slotted spoon)
