We invite you to enjoy a Regency Banquet fine dining dinner in the spectacular surrounds of the Banqueting Room at The Royal Pavilion, Brighton.
Presented by a brigade of talented local chefs, vintners and drink producers, this one-off fine dining evening on Saturday 30 September 2023 will intrigue and delight your senses with five courses of Regency-inspired dishes matched with drinks typical of the early 1800s.
On the night, we will be holding a silent auction fundraiser in aid The Royal Pavilion & Museums Trust featuring exclusive hospitality, food and drink experiences.
Tickets £150 per person include five fine dining courses with matched tea-based soft drinks in the Banqueting Room and welcome cocktail in the Great Kitchen. A flight of five fine wines is available for an additional upgrade of £50 per person.
