My food, cooked by you
During these unprecedented times I know birthdays, anniversaries and other joyous occasions are going to be challenging to celebrate in the current conditions. With restaurants closed, and being under lockdown, I have come up with a package which gives you all the tools you need to become a master chef for the evening!
Choose from my menu which I have designed to be easy to execute and allow you to have time to also enjoy the occasion and not be chained to the stove all night.
I'll drop off all the elements required on your doorstep in clearly labelled containers along with concise finishing instructions. I will also include on loan any equipment which may not be at hand in a usual domestic kitchen. In the morning I will collect the box of containers and any equipment loaned out.
For the more confident cook wishing to flex their culinary muscles, I can design an easy to execute tasting menu and provide specialist equipment such as foam guns and water-baths on loan.
I also include personalised printed menus to give the occasion that “restaurant” feel. I can also supply on loan professional crockery to really make your food “pop”, as well as glassware and certain items of tableware.
